Confluence is getting a fresh new look and navigation

We’re in the process of rolling out these changes and the documentation may not match your experience. Bear with us while we update it to reflect the new changes. More about navigating the new Confluence

Add people to Confluence from Google, Slack, or Microsoft

Confluence is all about working together to get the best results for you and your team.

Now you can add anyone to Confluence from Google, Slack, or Microsoft (or all three). It’s quick, convenient, and secure.

Once your teammate is added, they can collaborate with you directly in Confluence.

Depending on your product access settings, an admin may need to approve your request first.

Add a teammate

  1. Select More and then Teams.

  2. Select Add people.

  3. Select Google, Slack, or Microsoft.

  4. Allow Atlassian access to connect Confluence to your Google, Slack or Microsoft accounts.

  5. Enter your teammate's info and they’ll get an email inviting them to collaborate with you.

You can continue to add people using their email address if you prefer.
