What does the progress bar on my timeline show?
Unless otherwise noted, the project timeline view is the same for both company-managed and team-managed projects.
The bar beneath a parent work item indicates its overall progress based on the status of its child work items.
The progress bar is divided into three segments based on work item status:
green - work items marked as Done.
How many completed work items show on your timeline is based on the Work item display range defined in the View settings menu. Learn how to change the amount of completed work items on your timeline.
blue - work items that are In progress
grey - work items that are To do
