Service accounts allow you to automate tasks with an account not associated with a person. People change teams or companies but service accounts keep doing the work.
Manage a service account lifecycle the same way you manage a user account. You can create and edit the account. You can also give the account app permissions, edit the details of the service account profile, and create an authentication credential for the service account.
