Activate a policy
We’re rolling out a new backup and restore experience for a limited number of customers on the Enterprise plan through a beta program.
Backup and restore isn’t available in the Atlassian Government environment.
After assigning the app, setting the schedule, and selecting a storage, you need to activate the backup policy to start running backups.
To activate the policy:
Assign an app to the policy.
Include or exclude any entities depending on your need.
Set a schedule.
Select a storage.
Select Activate policy.
You can view the policy and its details in the Backup policy tab.
