Disconnect an app from Rovo
Before you disconnect an appfrom Rovo, it’s important to know:
You can choose to hide a from Search but keep an app connected (this is useful if you need time to adjust permissions in your third-party app, without disconnecting)
It will take 48 hours to completely disconnect most apps. During this time, you won't be able to add a new app connector for that same app (excluding the Custom Website connector).
For more information on how long we store that data, see our data, privacy and usage guidelines.
