Manage dashboards when you copy app data
A Jira dashboard is a collection of gadgets that show real-time information to help you track and monitor your work across projects.
You can copy all dashboards in your instance of the Jira app or the dashboards linked to the projects you want to copy.
What happens when you copy dashboards
Copy options | What’s copied |
When you copy dashboards linked to the projects you want to copy | Dashboards that are linked to one or multiple projects that you select to copy, which means:
|
When you copy all dashboards | All dashboards regardless of the projects you’re copying. |
Don’t copy dashboards | Select if you don’t want to copy dashboards. You can copy them later. We’ll link the dashboards to their respective projects. |
You can copy dashboards linked to multiple projects, even though you may not copy all the linked projects. The dashboards are re-linked to the relevant projects when you copy them to the destination.
