We’re renaming ‘products’ to ‘apps’

Atlassian 'products’ are now ‘apps’. You may see both terms used across our documentation as we roll out this terminology change. Here’s why we’re making this change

Remove an email address for your domain

Who can do this?
Role: Organization admin
Atlassian Cloud: All plans
Atlassian Government Cloud: Available

When you remove an email address, we automatically remove it from any email notifications configured with the email address and update the notifications with the product’s default email address (for example, jira@acme.atlassian.net). We recommend that you notify project admins that this email address will no longer be available and that their notifications will be updated.

To remove an email address:

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Settings > Emails.

  3. From the email address under the Email addresses tab, select Remove.

  4. The Remove email address modal asks you to confirm that you want remove the email address. Select Remove.
