Restore a sandbox

If a sandbox or a sandbox site is in the offline state, you can restore it before it gets permanently deleted. Learn more about the states of a sandbox.
When you restore a sandbox, we’ll automatically restore its data.
If any data is missing after your sandbox is restored, contact Atlassian Support for assistance with data recovery.
If you have multiple sandboxes in a site that’s offline:
restoring any of its sandboxes will restore the sandbox site
restoring the sandbox site will not restore all the offline sandboxes; each sandbox must be restored individually if needed.
To restore a sandbox:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps > Sandboxes.
In the table, find the sandbox you want to restore.
In the Actions column, select more actions (…) > Restore.
We’ll notify you once your sandbox is restored.
