Control email content and notification visibility
You’re able to control when external users view email content and when they receive mobile app notifications. When you block email content and notification visibility, external users receive email without a preview of content and they no longer receive mobile app notifications.
To block email content and notification visibility
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Security > External users.
Select the policy you want to modify: External user policy or Test policy.
Choose Email and notification visibility for external users.
Select Block.
Select Update to save your changes.
To allow email content and notification visibility:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Click on Security > External users.
Choose Email and notification visibility for external users.
Select Allow.
Select Update to save your changes.
